OH MY!!!!! Food is amazing. So glad I didn’t go to Culver’s. That burger was really good. Team member saw us and came from behind the counter and made our experience even better. I wish I knew his name. Older white male. Really nice. Going back. That burger was made with love.
It was my first time ordering & Tanisha was very helpful since moment walked in she greeted us & when placed my order she answered all my questions & was very helpful. Her customer service made this establishment 100/10 besides the burgers being so delicious & fries cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back & recommend to my family and friends.
First time trying shake shack and it’s pretty good quality compared to other fast food chains around the area. Burgers feel fresh and have good flavor. It could be a little pricey since everything is sold separately.
First time I went to this location was about a year ago and promised myself I would never return...Had a free burger and decided to give it another try ALL THE WORKER was very nice respectable and my food was amazing. Our server Jamaire (I think that's how you spell it) was amazing she was kind polite and even helps us order. You guys rock. I will be returning as long as I get to have this kind of service
Didn't understand what the hype was about. Burger was pretty good but not exceptional. The fry had a lot of oil smelled of overused burnt oil. The restaurant is pretty clean, very luminous. Self-service, stuffs were good and helpful.
This location is hands down the one to go too! The workers are outstanding! Quiana is an excellent worker! Not only did she go above and beyond to make sure our order was correct but she got us refills. She made us laugh and her mannerism is OUT OF THIS WORLD! She is the reason this place is on top of things for sure! We will be back soon and will recommend this specific location to all our friends and family!
SHANNON IS THE BEST GM she is so sweet and so kind! She came up to our table and made sure everything was great! YALL BETTER VALUE HER!!!! There are not many people as kind and caring as her! 10/10 would come back to just see her again
So effing good! Service was fast and efficient. The restaurant was very clean and appealing. Staff was diligent. My food tasted so good. The milkshake was the bomb they have a large, covered outdoor patio area. It was pricey. I paid 20 for my burger, cheese fries and milk shake, but it really was delicious!
